Our company has been created in may 2010, through the fusion between two groups of young forester technicians and a forester engineer.
Our goal his to bring a new customised and qualitative alternative for the people and the companies interested in geomatics and multi-use forest services.
Developpping day by day our expert skills in the eolian, we are ready to face new challenges.
Who is Val-Montagne ?
The first mission of the firm is to deserve our offer in the Regional County Municipality of " LaVallée de la Matapédia" and "Matane", which explain our company name the programme of enhancement of private forest in"Bas-Saint-Laurent".
Counting about 400 customers in both sectors, our company is fully evolving. We'll have to serve a private landlord help with a 320 000$ budget
Our second role is to deliver to CAFF holder of the region, a technical service and out engineering exprience for services like inventories Le second mandat est de livrer au détenteur de CAAF de la région un service technique et de génie forestier pour la réalisation inventory, marking, supervision, planning in compliance with environmental regulatory frameworks and certification.
More over, we are accredited by the MRNF for the marking of deciduous forests
The third mandat is to adviste mapple owners in the development and the improvement of their infrastructures
New challenges
During summer 2010, we have obtained the contract delineation and supervision of clearing areas of Lac Alfred eolian project As we own all the necesarry computing hardware (map production, gps tracking, , data capture and analysis) and a qualified staff (forester engineer and technician, and different geomatic and environmental experts) necessarry to realise eloian contract of a such size, we are ready to involve once again in that kind of project.
